Roaming for corporate customers

Voice services are billed per minute. Data traffic is billed in 50 KB increments.
All prices are quoted in Kyrgyz som, the Kyrgyz Republic’s national currency, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of sales tax.

The following services are available to corporate customers:

• incoming and outgoing voice calls;

• SMS messaging;

• Internet in 3G and 4G LTE networks.

To access the internet abroad, your smartphone settings must specify the following Access Point Name (APN): internet

To activate the Roaming service, a corporate customer should contact their corporate group coordinator.

Before traveling abroad, it is recommended to disable call forwarding and automatic app updates over mobile data – this will help avoid unexpected charges.

Restrictions in Russia!

Russian telecom operators, by decision of the state authorities of the Russian Federation, have introduced restrictions on the use of SIM cards of foreign providers within Russia.

In this view, due to circumstances beyond the control of O! Mobile Operator, temporary limitations may occur in internet access as well as in sending/receiving SMS while roaming.

The restriction is automatically applied from the moment of the first registration in the networks of Russian operators and remains in effect for 24 hours.

In 24 hours, internet access and SMS services will be restored automatically, without any additional action on your part.

The restrictions do not apply to voice calls – you can make and receive calls as usual.

IMPORTANT!

If there is no activity in the registered network for 3 days after the restriction is lifted, it will be applied again for 24 hours.

We recommend selecting the operator manually and staying on the chosen network, as switching between networks of Russian operators may trigger the restriction again in the new network.

In case of a long stay in certain countries, your phone may stop working. To prevent smuggling and theft of mobile devices, the laws of such countries may require phones to be registered at local mobile operator offices (for a fee). Otherwise, an unregistered phone will no longer be serviced in their networks.
