Switch to O! Business tariff line

Early plan re-activation

Users of the Switch to O! Business tariff line can use the feature of early plan re-activation. When re-activating your plan, you can renew the plan limits.

If mobile internet packages or phone call minutes are close to an end or have already expired, just re-activate the plan without waiting for the next scheduled fee withdrawal.

Plan re-activation is free. Before re-activating, you need to be sure you have sufficient balance for your current plan’s fee withdrawal. Special conditions of your plan will be renewed upon the fee withdrawal.

How to make early plan re-activation?

  1. Personal account holders only need to dial the following USSD command: *255# 

    The command is universal for all plans of the Switch to O! Business tariff line.

    *You should wait for SMS notification of successful plan renewal. Do not repeat code entry so as to avoid double fee withdrawal from your balance!

  2. Users of common corporate account can learn more details from their account managers in the organization.

The Keep B2B Number plan allows keeping a number without using that.

  • 90 days plan activation fee: 150 KGS inclusive of all taxes.

  • The plan will extend automatically on each 90th day subject to balance sufficient for fee withdrawal.

  • Should you balance be below 150 KGS by the next fee withdrawal, daily fee in amount of 2 KGS (VAT included, sales tax not included) will be withdrawn. Where this is the case, all special conditions of the Keep B2B Number plan will renew on a daily basis.

  • In case of switching to the Keep B2B Number plan, all services previously activated will be disabled. The remaining internet packages and minutes will expire.

*Only shortcode calls and those to emergency services of the Kyrgyz Republic will be available.
