Easy Step to O!
Change your number easily, without losing your contacts!
The free service “Easy Step to O!” will help notify all your friends, loved ones, colleagues and business partners on your number change.
When calling to your old number, the people you know will be informed on your new number by IVR (Interactive Voice Response) while you will receive SMS about those calling you.
It only takes activating the service once and setting up call forwarding.
Two modes of the service are available:
Two-way
Notify all: all those calling to your old number will hear the IVR on your new number: “The person you are calling has changed the number to 070Ххххххх or 050Ххххххх”. The two-way mode is enabled as default.
One-way
Notify me only: if someone dials your old number you will only receive an SMS with the calling person’s number: “Your old number 0XXXyyyyyy was dialed from number 0XXXyyyyyy”. So, it will be up to you to choose.
