• The first 40 GB of mobile internet data traffic during a week following the first subscription fee withdrawal will be provided at the maximum possible speed. After that, the data speed may be lowered;

• Once the maximum-speed internet package is expired, the Turbo Button with 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB option can be activated to use maximum-speed mobile internet until the next fee withdrawal. Turbo Button can be activated in the user’s Personal Account, My O! app, via web interface or using the following commands:

• Turbo Button 1 GB: *735*1# (30 KGS);

• Turbo Button 2 GB: *735*2# (50 KGS);

• Turbo Button 5 GB: *735*5# (100 KGS);

• Combo options are not activated by default on the Switch to O! Combo plan. You should choose up to 2 combo options yourself in the My O! app.

• The combo option active period is equal to that of your plan (up to 28 days). Combo options are activated automatically, free of charge, upon each plan fee withdrawal. You can change or deactivate active combo options. Such change or deactivation will take effect upon the next plan fee withdrawal.

• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• The Switch to O! Combo plan is available to all prepaid system subscribers;

• The promo with doubled data traffic package provided as part of the combo option is active until May 31, 2025;

• Cost of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic up 3 seconds long: 0 KGS;

• All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic to O! numbers with prefix 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per talk minute;

• The amount of telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit;

• Outgoing calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute except those made to landline numbers +996-312-92-6х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the Kyrgyz Temir Jolu National Corporation which are charged at 7.49 KGS per minute.

• The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon the Switch to O! Combo plan activation;

• The ZvonOK! Service is activated once automatically upon any new SIM card activation or switching to or withdrawal of fee of the Switch to O! Combo plan. The service is provided free of charge within 14 days and then, starting the 15th day, as per standard terms (on a paid basis);

• The Switch to O! Combo plan users may choose or replace their numbers as per the My New Number service terms;

• If your balance is below 540 KGS by the subscription fee withdrawal, the balance will be reserved as part of subscription fee and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance) and all incoming call and internet services will be disabled except calls to toll-free emergency numbers. To resume telecom and internet services, balance should be topped up to the amount sufficient for the subscription fee withdrawal;

• If the service No Caller ID or No Caller ID+ is active and your balance is below 540 KGS by the subscription fee withdrawal, access to such service will be restricted but the service fee will be withdrawn as per the active service terms. Such services can be deactivated at any time as per the service rules;

• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of international communication service provision;

• The Whole World service is activated automatically upon activation of SIM card with or switching to the Switch to O! Combo plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;

• The maximum-speed data traffic can only be used on a smartphone using a SIM card with this plan. Enable the respective combo option free of charge or use the service Share Internet! to use your smartphone as an internet access point for other devices (modem mode). Up to 50 GB of data traffic are available for internet sharing via Wi-Fi as part of the Free Internet Sharing! combo option.

• If the SUPERHYPE + YouTube promo is active when the Free Internet Sharing combo option is to be enabled, the promo will be deactivated automatically and combo option enabled;

• If the Yandex Plus option is enabled, the Tunku Unlimited service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• If the Tunku Unlimited service is active when the Yandex Plus combo option is to be enabled, the service will be deactivated automatically and combo option enabled;

• The O!TV Premium combo option can be enabled when the O!TV Premium or O!TV Standard service is active but the service will be deactivated once the combo option is enabled;

• If the O!TV Premium combo option is enabled, the O!TV Premium or O!TV Standard service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• The ETNOMEDIA combo option can be enabled while the similar service is active but the service will be deactivated once the combo option is enabled;

• If the ETNOMEDIA combo option is enabled, the similar service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• The START combo option can be enabled while the similar service is active but the service will be deactivated once the combo option is enabled;

• If the START combo option is enabled, the similar service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• If the PREMIER combo option is enabled, the similar service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• The PREMIER combo option can be enabled while the similar service is active but the service will be deactivated once the combo option is enabled;

• The WINK combo option can be enabled while the similar service is active but the service will be deactivated once the combo option is enabled;

• If the WINK combo option is enabled, the similar service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• The Yandex Plus combo option can be enabled while the similar service is active but the service will be deactivated once the combo option is enabled;

• If the Yandex Plus combo option is enabled, the similar service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• If the Share Internet! service is active, the Free Internet Sharing! Combo option cannot be enabled until the service is deactivated;

• If the Free Internet Sharing! combo option is enabled, the Share Internet! service cannot be activated until the combo option is disabled and plan terms updated;

• To ensure correct provision of internet services within this plan, the system reserves up to 300 MB of maximum-speed data traffic. To check current balance of the maximum-speed data traffic, first disable the packet data transmission, then switch your device to the flight mode, and then exit the flight mode; after that, dial the check command *728*9# without enabling the packet data transmission.

• If the internet package has not been spent within 4 weeks (28 days), the remaining MB of data will expire upon the next subscription fee withdrawal;

• In case of switching from the Switch to O! Combo plan to any other plan offered by the company, all unspent toll-free call minutes, data traffic and combo options will expire, and the Switch to O! Combo plan fee already paid will not be refunded;

• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;

• To ensure continuous internet access, additional 1 GB package will be provided for 25 KGS upon the plan’s main internet package expiry.
  The additional 1 GB internet package is active until the first attempt to withdraw the plan fee. The unspent additional traffic will expire when the active period ends.

The additional 1 GB internet package is provided immediately upon the plan’s main internet package expiry. Once the additional 1 GB internet package has expired, other additional internet packages will be provided continuously subject to sufficient balance;
Should the balance be below 25 KGS by the additional internet package expiry, another additional 1 GB internet package will not be provided;

The ban on additional 1 GB internet packages can be lifted by dialing *745*1# or in the My O! app;
Up to 5 additional internet packages (1 GB for 25 KGS) can be activated within one day.

• The following services cannot be activated when the Switch to O! Combo plan is used: 5+5, Your Zero Daily, Your Unlimited, Your Zero (7 Days), Your Zero as a Gift, and Your Zero 3,6,12!;

• The Turbo Button subscription fee and service fees include all taxes; other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax;

• The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

• For SIM cards with this plan preselected but without any start balance sufficient for the plan subscription fee, telecom services will be provided on terms of the Onoi+ basic plan until the account balance is topped up sufficiently for fee withdrawal.

*Numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic include those of Alpha Telecom CJSC (MEGA), Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline), and KT Mobile LLC (SALAM). The price is valid for the first 40 minutes within 28 calendar days following the subscription fee withdrawal. Starting from the 41st minute, calls to other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic will be charged at 2.8 KGS per minute. In case the user has not spent the 40 minutes for toll-free calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic, the unspent minutes will be zeroed upon the next subscription fee withdrawal.

**In case of switching to or activation of a SIM card with this plan, the Mobile Salary! service will be activated with a 30-day free trial period. As the free trial period expires, from the 31st day on, the Mobile Salary! service will be provided on standard terms (on a paid basis) until deactivated by the user.
