• The first service activation is free, and every new activation afterwards is charged at 20 KGS;

• Free Period is provided for 10 days upon the first service activation, and the Paid Service is activated upon the Free Period expiry;

• If your balance is insufficient by the fee withdrawal (balance below 3 KGS), the service will be suspended;

• As the balance is topped up by 5 KGS or more, the service will resume;

• Up to 3 search requests per day are accepted free of charge;

• Each one request made in excess of the daily limit is charged at 5 KGS;

• 7888 short code SMS fee: 0 KGS;

• Up to 5 messages “Attention! I am here!” can be sent every day. The message “Attention! I am here!” fee is 0 KGS.

• Access to the map showing the subscriber location is toll-free;

• All the prices shown include VAT and do not include sales tax.

The subscriber position search radius is as follows:

• 250-500 m in Bishkek

• 500-800 m in cities and other large settlements

• 1,000-3,000 m in rural areas

Activation
To activate the service dial *788# and subscribe.

Request for consent to subscriber location search

Consent to location search should be received from each subscriber. Choose Add Number in the *788# USSD menu and enter the subscriber’s number as follows: 070YXXXXXX.

Attention: You can only send one request for consent to add one subscriber’s number.

Subscriber’s consent to position search

The subscriber you have sent a request to will receive an SMS notifying such subscriber that you want authorization to identify his/her location. To confirm such consent, the subscriber needs to reply with and SMS containing the requesting subscriber’s number as follows: 070YXXXXXX. If the subscriber you have sent a request to does not want to give his/her consent to search, such subscriber can just ignore the SMS with request. Giving one’s consent to position search by replying to the SMS is free and does not lead to the service activation. If the subscriber ignores the SMS with request, the requesting subscriber cannot send another request for consent to position search. If the subscriber wants to give his/her consent to position search later, an SMS containing the requesting subscriber’s number should be sent to short code 7888.

Identifying the subscriber’s position

To find the subscriber’s current location, enter the *788# USSD menu , choose the number of the subscriber who previously gave his/her consent to position search from the list titled “Where are you?”, and send a search request. The location info will be sent in the reply SMS indicating the nearest street crossing and containing the map link.

Checking the number of requests sent during the day

To check the number of search requests sent during the current day, choose Control in the *788# USSD menu, and then Information and Counter. The information on the number of search requests sent during the current day will be sent in the reply SMS.

My list

To see the list of numbers consenting to their position search, choose My List in the *788# USSD menu
Authorized to see where I am

To see the list of subscribers authorized to search your position, choose the item “Authorized to see where I am” in the *788# USSD menu. You can remove subscribers you wish to prohibit from finding your current position from the list: to do so, select the subscriber and choose Remove.

Sending the message “Attention! I am here!”

Subscriber can inform his/her loved ones on his/her location free of charge using the special message “Attention! I am here!”. To send the message, the subscriber will need to dial *911#call. An SMS indicating the subscriber’s current position will be sent immediately to all subscribers authorized to request search.

Deactivation

To deactivate the service, choose Control and then Deactivate in the *788# USSD menu.

If you do not use the service for 90 calendar days, such service will be deactivated automatically on the 91st day subject to prior SMS notice to avoid undesired fee withdrawal when the balance is topped up.

Extras:

• The subscriber location precision is 100 to 700 m in cities, 250 m to 3 km in rural areas, and 1 to 25 km on roads with no inhabited areas around.

• Position search request is considered fulfilled if the requesting subscriber has received a message with the information requested.

• If the subscriber’s number is off or out of the network coverage area, the subscriber’s current position will not be reported to the requesting subscriber. Furthermore, such request will not be considered fulfilled successfully and will not deducted from the daily limit.

• Subscriber who has not activated the Where are You? service can see and remove numbers previously authorized to search his/her position via the *788*1# USSD menu.
