Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;
Activation fee for 30 days: 950 KGS. Unlimited mobile internet is provided throughout the plan period without any limitations on traffic;
The plan period is extended automatically after every 30 days following activation;
The O!TV service is not available for this plan;
Balance check and plan control are available both in the My O! app and Personal Account. Access to the Personal Account is toll-free and provided regardless of current balance;
The My Unlimited plan is available to all prepaid system subscribers. As the plan is activated, the terms of the previously used plan are disabled and the balances of unspent data and minutes annulled;
Should the balance be insufficient for subscription fee withdrawal in 30 days following the activation or plan period extension, the plan will be suspended until the balance is topped up by an amount sufficient for the subscription fee withdrawal after which the plan will be extended by 30 days more;
Data transfer is available in 4G, 3G and 2G networks throughout the Kyrgyz Republic;
To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal internet traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment.
Rates and fees (including VAT< excluding the sales tax):
- Calls inside the O! network: 1.18 KGS per minute
- SMS to any operator in Kyrgyzstan: 1.5 KGS per message
- Calls to numbers of other mobile operators in KR *: 2.8 KGS per minute.
- Calls to landline numbers in KR**: 4.99 KGS per minute.
*Other mobile operators in KR include Alpha Telecom OJSC (MegaCom), Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline), and KT Mobile LLC (SALAM).

Call billing increment: 10 seconds.
Active period: 180 days following the last billed event;
The amount of paid telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit.
