O! wins prestigious international award for best HR tech project

The employee motivation technology project by mobile operator O! has won the Best HR Tech Project nomination at an international forum featuring global experts.

On April 17, one of the industry’s largest events, the international HR Excellence Forum, took place. The scale of the event underscored its global status: delegates and leading companies from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, and the United States took part in discussions on best practices.

As part of the forum, the HR team of O! Mobile Operator received a prestigious award and high praise from Kavita Khanna, President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM).

The core of the project is the creation of a dynamic digital ecosystem that brings together employees from across the company.
