New Year holiday schedule for O!Store

The O! Mobile Operator congratulates the people of Kyrgyzstan on the upcoming New Year and informs customers about the operating hours of sales and service offices, as well as O!Stores across the country during the holiday period.

To ensure you can activate the services you need in time, purchase gifts, or top up your account, please review the changes to the schedule below:

On December 31, 2025, most offices nationwide will operate on a shortened schedule – until 16:00.

On this day, branches located in major shopping centers of the capital will remain open longer:

• O!Store at Bishkek Park shopping center – until 20:00;

• O!Store at GUM and GUM 2 shopping center – until 18:00.

• O!Store and the sales and service office in the Dordoi Plaza Shopping Center – open until 18:00.

January 1, 2026, is a public holiday for the entire service network except for:

• O!Store at Bishkek Park shopping center – open for visitors from 12:00 to 22:00.

From January 2, 2026, most offices will resume operations as usual. However, there are a few exceptions:

• Jalal-Abad: the office at ZUM (Aigul Trade Center) will be closed on January 2 and resume operations on January 3.

• Besh-Sary markets: the offices Besh-Sary South, Besh-Sary City, and O!Store Besh-Sary will be closed on January 2 and 3, resuming operations on January 4.

• Shopping Center “Tabylga” – January 2, 3, and 4 will be closed; operations resume on January 5.

Home Delivery Information

The ostore.kg online store couriers will be accepting and delivering orders within Bishkek until 9:00 PM on December 31st. After that, the delivery service will go on a holiday break and resume its operations in regular mode starting January 2nd. We recommend planning your purchases in advance to ensure your holiday surprises are delivered on time.
