New Year holiday working hours of O!Stores and ostore.kg online

The O! Mobile Operator congratulates the people of Kyrgyzstan on the coming holidays and would like to announce the holiday working hours.

Top up your account in advance to keep exchanging congratulations and stay in touch not only on the New Year’s eve but also through all the holidays. All offices will be open until 16:00 on December 31, 2024, except the following:

• shopping centers Bishkek Park in Bishkek and Maxcom in Osh: until 20:00;

January 1, 2025 is a day-off at all offices except the one at:

• Bishkek Park shopping center: open 12:00 to 22:00.

All offices will resume regular operation starting on January 2, 2025, except the following:

• O!Store at 1g/4 Lev Tolstoy Street: January 2, 3, 4 and 5 are days-off; will open on January 6.

• O!Store in Jalal-Abad (floor 1, ZUM, Aigul trade house, 40 Lenin Street): January 2 is a day-off; will open on January 3.

• Besh Sary YUG, Besh Sary, Besh Sary City, and Tabylga: January 2 and 3 are days-off; will open on January 4.

The ostore.kg online shop accepts orders 09:00 to 21:00, no days-off, by phone: 0705 007 000.

Free delivery in Bishkek will not be available from December 28 through January 5. You can order free delivery again starting on January 6 when regular working hours (10:00 to 20:00, no days-off) will resume.

The O! helpdesk service operators will be available all days.
