Do not worry about registering the smartphone you are buying at an O!Store

O!Store – you can be confident of what you buy.

O!Store takes care of its customers and follows all rules set by government to counteract scammers.

Starting June 25, 2024, it is a requirement to register mobile phones with the State Identification System (SIS). It means that reporters are required to register all phones to be sold inside the country. Those who buy devices outside the Kyrgyz Republic should register them themselves on www.imei.kg.

People buying smartphones at O!Store do not need to worry about registering their new devices as every phone bought at O!Store is already registered and can be used right after it is purchased.

Note the best-selling summer hits:

O!Store – you can be confident of what you buy. The O!Store chain directly collaborates with smartphone brand representatives and provides warranty for its stock and good terms to buyers: free data packages for ordering online, interest-free installment plans, gifts, and promos.

Check the phone before you buy it

Before buying a new device, always make sure it is registered with SIS. It is quite easy: log in the My O! app and click “Check phone IMEI” on the main page. Enter the 15-digit IMEI code and see the result:

  • If your device is already registered you will see green tick and your phone details;

  • if you find out the device needs to be registered, do it on www.imei.kg as per the guide.

The device registration service can be also paid for via the ode wallet in the My O! app.

Note: smartphones supporting dual SIM and eSIM have several IMEI codes, each one subject to registration. To check them, insert an active SIM card to the 1st slot and then to the 2nd one and make a call or connect to internet to activate the slot.
