Dear customers, please be notified that amendments were made to paragraphs 2.2 and 2.7 of the NUR Telecom LLC’s public offer on entering the contract on provision of mobile wireless communication services with may 1, 2024 as the amendment effective date.

Please be notified that amendments were made to paragraphs 2.2 and 2.7 of the NUR Telecom LLC’s Public Offer on Entering the Contract on Provision of Mobile Wireless Communication Services with May 1, 2024 as the amendment effective date.

Details:

Paragraphs 2.2 and 2.7 of the NUR Telecom LLC’s Public Offer on Entering the Contract on Provision of Mobile Wireless Communication Services shall be effected as follows starting May 5, 2024:

“2.2. An individual potential customer intending to pass personalization/registration shall do the following steps collectively considered the acceptance:

to choose as SIM card or choose a SIM card and pay the price thereof or choose and pay for a SIM card with a plan as per the provider’s current offers to obtain access to the network and telecom services;

to pass personalization using one of the methods offered by the provider within 30 days of the SIM card activation or within the period of the guaranteed paid number reservation as per the plan terms or within 20 minutes after the number is chosen for the eSIM issued (e-mail should be indicated to receive the eSIM QR code).”

“2.7. Should the individual potential customer fail to successfully complete personalization within the set period as per paragraph 2.2 of the Public Offer, NUR Telecom LLC will grant an additional period for guaranteed number reservation as per the plan and will have the right to withdraw directly and without notice the fee for such guaranteed number reservation from the money credited to the account (in particular, in or towards the plan fee payment). In such a case, the individual potential customer shall acknowledge and accept that he/she may not claim, and NUR Telecom LLC may not be recognized a party wrongfully withholding or evading the refund of, the money paid, nor may NUR Telecom LLC be considered an acquirer of a commitment arising as a result of an unjust benefit.”
