The O! Mobile Operator continues offering social discounted plans Okuuchu and Student Online to school and university students.

The project has been implemented since 2020, and the cost is as little as it can be given the market conditions. The least subscription fee for students is 95 KGS per week. The young people can buy everything they need not only for education but also for communication with their friends.

What is also user-friendly about the plans is that incoming calls can be received even under zero balance – you can always reach your kids.

“The plan for school students was an urgent design of the O! marketing experts during the 2020 lockdown to support distant learning. Back then, it was provided to all students for absolutely free for about a half-year and even available under zero balance. The offer was such a success that we decided to keep it alive and make an option for university students. The plan terms were developed with consideration of all requirements for comprehensive learning”, - Maxim Sidorenko, the company’s Commercial Director notes.

Birth certificate is required from school students and student ID and passport from university students for activation. One can visit any O!Store or activate the plan online in the My O! app by checking in online: open the “Plans” menu and find the category “For learning”. Fill in the special form. As soon as your application is verified, the plan will be activated automatically for your phone number used in checking in.
