Become a QA/SDET engineer: Applications open for O!’s free InternLabs internship

O! Mobile Operator is opening a new cohort at its educational hub, InternLabs, and is now accepting applications for free training in QA:SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test).

This field lies at the intersection of software development and quality assurance – for those who want to do more than manually find bugs and instead build systems for detecting them automatically.

The program is designed for those who dream of starting a career in IT and are ready to dive into automated test design.

What participants will gain:

• Up-to-date tech stack: hands-on experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, and SQL.

• Hybrid format: 4 months of training – in-person classes twice a week in Bishkek + unsupervised practical training.

• Real-world experience: the final month is dedicated to working on real products within the company’s digital ecosystem.

• Career start: graduates receive certificates, while finalists have the opportunity to join the company as employees.

Selection Process:

The online selection test will take place from September 7 to September 20, 2026 on the website internlabs.o.kg.

Stages and Key Dates:

• September 21–22 — evaluation of test results and notifications sent via email. Candidates with the highest scores will receive an invitation to an interview.

• September 22–25 — interviews at the O! Head Office.

• September 28 — final results and notifications of enrollment in the course.

All results and invitations will be sent automatically, so there is no need to write to us via email.

InternLabs is a long-running social project by O!, Kyrgyzstan’s digital technology leader.
