·       Note! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

·       This plan is available nationwide;

·       The plan is available to pre-paid system subscribers;

·       Switching to this plan is available upon activation of a new SIM card.

·       The cost of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic up to 3 seconds long: 0 KGS;

·       All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic to O! numbers with prefix 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per talk minute;

·       Switching to this plan is available to users of the following plans in the My O! app or through the USSD command: Onoi+, Onoi, Pravilny, ОК, Ozgocho, Paidaluu, The First Ever, Keep the Number 90/360, Daiyma Nol, Hello!, Smart device Unlimited and Smart device 90\180\360 (pending payment) – command: *155*47#

·       Outgoing calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute except those made to landline numbers +996-312-92-6х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the Kyrgyz Temir Jolu National Corporation which are charged at 7.49 KGS per minute.

·       If there are insufficient funds in your balance when the subscription fee is charged, the plan will not be renewed, and standard rates will apply:

·       1 SMS to all mobile networks in the Kyrgyz Republic: 1.50 KGS;

·       Calls inside the O! network: 1.18 KGS per minute;

·       Calls to number of mobile operators in Kyrgyzstan*: 2.8 KGS per minute;

·       Mobile data: 1.99/MB KGS while awaiting payment for the plan;

·       The Voice Mail service is enabled automatically upon the Smart Device activation;

·       Outgoing international calls and SMS are available under the terms applicable to international communication services;

·       The Whole World service is activated automatically upon activation of SIM card with the Smart Device plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;

·       If the minutes and/or SMS package is not fully used within during the plan's validity period, data traffic, any unused SMS and minutes will expire when the subscription fee is charged;

·       In case of switching from the Smart Device plan to any other plan offered by the company, the data traffic and all unspent minutes and SMS will expire. Subscription fees previously charged for the Smart Device plan are non-refundable.

·       TTo ensure comfortable access to the Internet for all customers, the Company may use a dedicated traffic prioritization system that may operate automatically, taking into account the subscriber’s priority level, network load, and the priority of individual types of traffic as network load increases and subscribers’ consumption of particular types of traffic grows. The Company may reduce data transmission speeds during periods of peak load across the network as a whole, as well as during periods of peak load at the base station serving the subscriber, including through the application of a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for traffic;

·       The plan subscription fee includes all taxes; other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax;

·       The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

* Numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic include those of Alpha Telecom CJSC (MegaCom), Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline), and KT Mobile LLC (SALAM).
