The selection for the Software Development Engineer in Test internship has started

We’re not hinting at anything, but this only happens once a year. The competition for a position is tough, the race will be as hot as summer in Bishkek — but it’s worth it.

You’ll learn from the country’s best testers, work in a great team, and most importantly — it’s all free. The winners will gain not just experience, but a real chance to join one of the coolest companies shaping the country’s digital future, the O! team. Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for future engineers who get a thrill from coding, love automation, and see bugs as puzzles to solve. After four months with us, you’ll graduate as an engineer who writes automated tests, builds custom testing tools in Java and Python, and knows how to break down any system to its core.

What awaits you

Hands-on practice on real projects, test automation and development, working with Java, Spring Boot, RestAssured, Python, SQL, Selenium, Appium, test documentation, bug analysis, and understanding the architecture of complex systems.

How we teach

2 days a week, 2 hours each, both online and in person in downtown Bishkek. The first 3 months are mix of theory and practice. The 4th month is real project participation. You’ll be trained by development and testing gurus who ditch boring lectures and instead show you how things actually work in production.

How to join

The 1st selection round is from August 25 to September 7, 2025. Here’s how it goes:

1.       Fill out the form on internlabs.o.kg, get the test task, and show your skills.

2.       From September 9 on, find out the results. Passed? Then you’re invited for an interview.
