Your kids are safe and secure even when you are not around.

O! Safe Kids will enable you to:

  •  Block dangerous websites and contents such as adult pics, and ensure safe web search;

  •  Control apps use;

  • Find your child on an online map;

  • Set a secure perimeter which your child cannot go beyond;

  • Monitor the battery charge level of your child’s device;

  • Make sure the device is used as per the schedule set;

  • Monitor the child’s activity level in internet;

  • Receive instant messages on what your child is doing;

  • And even track your child’s posts on Facebook и VKontakte and see the child’s new friends.

How to activate О! Safe Kids on other plans

  • Activate the service for 30 days: *234*1# (charged at 100 KGS);

  • Activate the service for 365 days: *234*2# (charged at 900 KGS).

The activation fee includes all taxes.

  • The app is installed on the parent’s device and the child’s one at the same time.

  • Up to 100 child devices can be added to one parent’s account.

  • The fee is only charged for one account with the O! Safe Kids service activated for 30 or 365 days.

Detailed terms and conditions of the service:

  • The O! Safe Kids service and its terms are available for activation for 30 or 365 days throughout the Kyrgyz Republic except for subscribers of the following plans: Saving Unlimited 4G for 30/60/90/360 Days, Internet and TV for 1 Year, Alga Internet, Internet 40 GB, Home Internet, Internet+, and Alga Internet + O!TV;

  • The O! Safe Kids service can only be activated for 30/365 days subject to balance sufficient to pay the daily fee;

  • The O! Safe Kids service and its terms are available for activation for 30 or 365 days irrespective of whether the current plan is active or put on a hold.

  • Once the O! Safe Kids service is activated for a 30-day period, the free period of the service will be enabled for 30 calendar days, and then the O! Safe Kids service will be provided on standard terms starting on the 31st day. The free period can only be enabled once, upon the first service activation;

  • The 30-day paid period cannot be enabled when the free period is active for the O! Safe Kids service activated for 30 days, while the 365-day paid period can be;

  • The O! Safe Kids service cannot be activated for 30 days during the 365-day active period of the service;

  • In case the user switches to a plan for which the O! Safe Kids service and its terms are available, all service terms and conditions and profile settings are saved;

  • In case the user switches to a plan for which the O! Safe Kids service and its terms are not available, all service terms and conditions are disabled while the child’s profile settings are saved;

  • If, while the 30/365-day period of the O! Safe Kids service is active, the user plan is changed to another one providing free of charge use of the O! Safe Kids service, the terms of the O! Safe Kids services activated for 30 or 365 days will be disabled while all the child’s profile settings will be saved and available to the parent.
