The Internet Roaming packages are available to individual subscribers of any plan. 

• The number of Internet Roaming packages available is unlimited.

• The Internet Roaming package period is 30 days following activation. Once the period expires, the remaining traffic of the active Internet Roaming package will become unavailable.

• Where two or more Internet Roaming packages are bought, the MBs included will be added and the period commences on the date the last package is bought.

• Once the Internet Roaming packages are activated, the Roaming and Internet Roaming services are enabled automatically if inactive.

• To use the Internet Roaming package, you need to set the following access point name (APN) in your phone: internet

• The Internet Package can only be used under a positive balance (more than 1 KGS).

• As the traffic included in the package bought expires you will be notified by SMS accordingly and the Internet Roaming service will be suspended until you buy a new package or confirm switching to a standard billing by dialing the following USSD command: *997#.

*Due to the service’s technical specifics, up to 5 KGS can be withdrawn from the main balance if the internet session continues at the package expiry.
