• The first 300 MB of internet a day are provided at the maximum possible speed. When the daily maximum speed internet volume expires, the speed may be reduced for this service.

• After the maximum speed internet volume expires for the service, Turbo Button 200 MB and Turbo Button 500 MB services can be activated to use internet at the maximum speed until the day end.

• The Turbo Buttons can be enabled in the Personal Account interface, via web interface or by entering USSD commands:

*735*500# for Turbo Button 500 MB (20 KGS).

Your Zero Plus service period is extended automatically.

The ZnonOK service is activated automatically, free of charge upon the Your Zero Plus service activation:

• This service is available for activation to subscribers of the plans First Ever!, OK!, Right!, and Onoi!

• When the Your Zero Plus service is activated, another activation is available in 48 hours following the latest fee withdrawal. The fee is withdrawn in full, and the service period is extended for 30 days following the new activation.

• If the subscriber’s balance is below 195 KGS by the next automatic extension of the service for 30 days or below 170 KGS for 20 days, the service Your Zero Plus will be disabled.

• As soon as the subscriber’s account is topped up by 195 or 170 KGS, the fee will be withdrawn automatically from the account to prolong the service period accordingly.

• The following services can be activated during the Your Zero Plus period: Smart 300, Smart 1000, Smart Unlim, Smart 300: the Gift, Smart 1000: the Gift, Smart Unlim: the Gift. If one of the above listed services is activated, the Your Zero Plus service will terminate automatically.

• During the Your Zero Plus service period, the following services and promos cannot be activated until the Your Zero Plus service is deactivated: Your Zero Daily, Your Zero 3, 6, 12, 7 Free Calls and SMS for the OK! Plan, Optima, Super Zero!, Your Unlimited, 5+5, Your Zero! (7 Days), and Your Zero: the Gift.

• The Your Zero Plus service can be activated during the period of the following services and promos: Your Zero Daily, Your Zero 3, 6, 12, 7 Free Calls and SMS for the OK! Plan, Optima, Super Zero!, Your

• Unlimited, 5+5, Your Zero! (7 Days), and Your Zero: the Gift. Upon the Your Zero Plus service activation, the billing will be as per the service terms and conditions.

• During the period of the services Smart 300, Smart 1000, Smart Unlim, Smart 300: the Gift, Smart 1000: the Gift, Smart Unlim: the Gift, and Your Zero! (30 дней), the Your Zero Plus service cannot be activated until the above listed services are disabled.

• Your Zero Plus service can be activated during the Jonokoi promo period. Upon the Your Zero Plus service activation, the billing will be as per the service terms and conditions.

• Should the subscriber using the Your Zero Plus service switch to the plan First Ever!, OK!, Right! or Onoi!, the Your Zero Plus will remain active.

• If you do not use the service for 90 calendar days, such service will be deactivated automatically on the 91st day subject to prior SMS notice to avoid undesired fee withdrawal when the balance is topped up.

• The toll-free outgoing calls and SMS within the O! network are only provided as follows on a daily basis subject to balance equal to or more than 10 KGS:

voice calls within the O! network, 17:00:00 to 23:59:59 – 40 minutes (total time of all calls);

voice calls within the O! network, 00:00:00 to 16:59:59 – 140 minutes (total time of all calls);

SMS sent within the network, 17:00:00 to 23:59:59 – 20 messages;

SMS sent within the network, 00:00:00 to 16:59:59 – 180 messages.

Services used in excess of the above limits are charged as per the subscriber’s current plan terms and conditions.
