SUPERHYPE promo terms and conditions:

• The SUPERHYPE promo is available for activation under most of plans in the Switch to O! line subject to plan fee already paid;

• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal internet traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;

• The 200 GB traffic is only provided under the promo for using the apps or websites of the following services: Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Odnoklassniki;

• The promo allows using/spending the internet traffic provided under the primary plan or other services currently used by the subscriber:

- for voice calls and video calls in WhatsApp,

- for viewing Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories and online broadcasts,

- for apps upgrade and incognito browser use,
- for using browsers compressing the traffic or using proxy servers, VPN channels or anonymizers,
- where apps or websites such as VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram are used to open pages containing links, pictures or videos requiring connection to outside resources (outside websites);

• The 200 GB internet traffic is provided under the SUPERHYPE promo upon the promo fee withdrawal and until the first attempt of the next automatic fee withdrawal for the current plan. The maximum period of provision of the GB internet traffic for apps and websites of Instagram VK, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp is 7 days following the fee withdrawal;

The SUPERHYPE promo fee (inclusive of all taxes): 

for 7 days fee plans – 75 KGS
for 28/30 days fee plans

• The SUPERHYPE promo fee is first withdrawn at the promo activation and then automatically immediately upon successful plan fee withdrawal subject to sufficient balance.

• If the balance is insufficient to pay the SUPERHYPE promo fee by the withdrawal time, the promo will be suspended (with internet traffic charged as per terms of the subscriber’s current plan when using the Instagram, VK, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp apps and websites, including all active separate services and promos for the subscriber or the plan used by the subscriber) until the next attempt to withdraw the plan fee and prolong the SUPERHYPE promo terms;

• If the SUPERHYPE promo is not prolonged automatically due to insufficient balance and then the subscriber’s account is topped up with an amount equal to or more than that of the fee, the subscriber can on one’s own resume the promo by entering the command *200# upon which the provision of the 200 GB internet traffic under the SUPERHYPE promo will resume;

• The automatic withdrawal of the SUPERHYPE promo fee terminates on the 91st day following the last withdrawal of the promo fee;

• While the SUPERHYPE is active, the Share Internet! service cannot be activated until the SUPERHYPE promo is deactivated;

• While the Share Internet! service is active, the SUPERHYPE promo cannot be enabled until the Share Internet! service is deactivated by entering the command *711*0#;

• If the SUPERHYPE promo is active and the current plan is changed to one for which SUPERHYPE is not available, the promo will be disabled;

• If the SUPERHYPE promo is active and the current plan is changed to one for which SUPERHYPE is available, the promo will not be disabled;

• Another activation of the SUPERHYPE promo during its period is only possible on the next day following the last fee withdrawal.
