Call billing increment: 10 seconds. Internet service billing increment: 100 KB.

Switching to the SMART Unlim + ONOI plan is charged at 29.99 KGS.

The first 4 GB of internet provided upon the SMART Unlim + ONOI plan activation or next fee withdrawal are provided at the maximum possible speed. After that, the speed may be reduced.

• The plan SMART Unlim + ONOI is available to all pre-paid system subscribers;

• Free for up to 3 sec of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic: 0 KGS;

• Start balance of the SIM card with the SMART Unlim + ONOI plan: 0 KGS;

• Incoming calls from fixed-line numbers of the Kyrgyz Republic operators to O! numbers starting with 705 are charged at 5.99 KGS per minute;

• The threshold for deactivation of paid services is 0 KGS. As zero balance is reached, the subscriber can only receive toll-free calls and SMS and make calls to tall-free emergency numbers and O! help desk service;

• The SMART Unlim + ONOI plan fee is extended automatically; 

• If there is no sufficient balance by the fee withdrawal (balance below 990 KGS), the service will be suspended. The service will be resumed as soon as the balance is topped up by an amount equal to or more than 990 KGS.

• The service billing will be as follow if there is no sufficient balance by the next automatic fee withdrawal:

• The fee includes all taxes. Prices of all other services include VAT and do not include sales tax.

• Under this plan, the toll-free outgoing calls and SMS within the O! network are only provided as follows on a daily basis subject to balance equal to or more than 10 KGS:

• Voice calls within the O! network, 17:00:00 to 23:59:59 – 40 minutes (total time of all calls);

• Voice calls within the O! network, 00:00:00 to 16:59:59 – 140 minutes (total time of all calls);

• SMS sent within the network, 17:00:00 to 23:59:59 – 20 messages;

• SMS sent within the network, 00:00:00 to 16:59:59 – 180 messages;

• Services used in excess of the above limits are charged as per the plan terms and conditions.

• The ZvonOK service is activated automatically and free of charge upon activation of or switching to the SMART Unlim + ONOI plan;

• The Whole World service enabling low-cost long-distance calls is activated automatically for the SMART Unlim + ONOI plan;

• If you have activated a caller ID restriction service No Called ID or No Caller ID+ and your balance is below 990 KGS when the fee is to be drawn, the access to the abovementioned services will be restricted while the fee will be drawn as per the service terms and conditions. Such services can be deactivated at any time as per the service provision rules;

• The maximum-speed internet traffic can only be used on a smartphone with a SIM card with this plan. Activate the Share Internet! service to use your smartphone as an Internet Access Point (modem mode) for other devices;

• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of provision of long-distance communication services;
