The Smart service line is an opportunity to communicate within the O! network for free and use mobile internet by choosing the most suitable traffic volume.
The 30 days activation fee includes all taxes.
The service Smart will not be available for activation or reactivation starting July 9, 2019.

The Smart line services are available to users subscribed to the following plans: Onoi!, Right!, First Ever!, OK!.
The Smart services can be activated anywhere in the country.
Various mobile internet volumes as well as toll-free calls and SMS are available to subscribers using the Smart line services. Toll-free outgoing calls, SMS and mobile internet traffic are only available subject to balance qual to or more than 10 KGS. If the balance is below 10 KGS, the user can only use communication services billed and the plan such user is subscribed to.*
As the mobile internet package provided by the service Smart 300 or Smart 1000 is expired, mobile internet will further be charged at 0.25 KGS per MB, VAT inclusive.
If the total amount of fees charged for internet reaches 990 KGS within 30 days of activation or extension of the Smart 300 or Smart 1000 service, the subscriber can use mobile internet charged at 0 KGS per MB until the period expiry subject to the Smart Unlim terms and conditions. The maximum fee for any active Smart service and internet traffic exceeding the initial package volume will not be more than 900 KGS for 30 days regardless of MBs downloaded.
The first 4 GB of mobile internet are provided to the SMART Unlim service users at the maximum possible speed following the service activation or next automatic extension. Should the subscriber exceed the mentioned traffic volume, the first 1.5 per day will be provided at the maximum possible speed. To ensure comfortable network operation to all O! mobile operator customers, the subscriber’s internet traffic priority can be lowered after the above mention traffic volume is expired. The maximum speed internet is only available on the subscriber’s smartphone. Activate the Share Internet service to use your smartphone as an Internet Access Point (modem mode) for other devices. Another activation of any of the Smart line service is only available in 48 hours following the last Smart service activation where all unspent traffic volumes and toll-free calls expire and SMS are not accumulated.
The service is active for 30 days. If the subscriber balance is insufficient by the next fee withdrawal the Smart service will be suspended until the subscriber balance is sufficient to cover the fee. As soon as the balance is sufficient to pay the fee, the fee will be withdrawn automatically and service period extended by 30 days.
Where the Smart service is suspended, the calls and mobile internet are charged as per terms and conditions of the subscriber’s plan or relevant active services.
Smart line services are available for activation while the service Your Zero Daily or promo “7 Days of Free Calls and SMS for OK! Plan” or “15 Days of Free Calls and SMS for First Ever Plan is active where conditions of the listed promos and services are disabled and those of the Smart service apply, and the Smart service fee is withdrawn in full regardless of any previously activated service.
The Smart service is unavailable to subscribers who have active services such as Super Zero, Optima, and Your Unlimited.
If service Your Zero 3, 6, 12 or Night Unlimited is active, the Smart service can only be activated upon the listed services activation, and conditions of the services Your Zero 3, 6, 12 and Night Unlimited remain active until their period expiry. Toll-free calls and SMS within the O! network are provided on terms of the Smart service.
If the subscriber has Your Zero or Your Zero: the Gift service active, the Smart 1000 or Smart Unlim service is available for activation, where of the Your Zero or Your Zero: the Gift service are disabled and those of the service newly activated apply.
If the subscriber has Your Zero or Your Zero: the Gift service active, the Smart 300 service can only be activated after the Your Zero or Your Zero: the Gift service is disabled, however the Your Zero or Your Zero: the Gift service is not terminated until its effective period is expired.
The following services and promos cannot be activated if the subscriber has a Smart line service active: Your Zero Daily!, Your Zero!, Your Zero 3, 6, 12!, 7 Days of Free Calls and SMS for OK! Plan, 15 Days of Free Calls and SMS for the First Ever Plan, Super Zero!, Optima, Night Unlimited, and Your Unlimited.
Should the subscriber change the currently active plan to the Onoi!, Right! First Ever! or OK! Plan, the Smart service activated remains effective until the expiry date or becomes disabled in any other case.
If you do not use the Smart service for 90 calendar days, such service will be deactivated automatically on the 91st day subject to prior SMS notice to avoid undesired fee withdrawal when the balance is topped up*.
*For this service, the toll-free outgoing calls and SMS within the O! network are provided as follows on a daily basis:
voice calls inside the O! network, 17:00:00 to 23:59:59 – 40 minutes (total time of all calls);
voice calls inside the O! network, 00:00:00 to 16:59:59 – 140 minutes (total time of all calls);
SMS sent inside the network, 17:00:00 to 23:59:59 – 20 messages;
SMS sent inside the network, 00:00:00 to 16:59:59 – 180 messages.
Services used in excess of the above limits are charged as per the subscriber’s current plan terms and conditions.
