Keep your SIM card active while away

If you are traveling abroad or do not use the O! services for more than 180 consecutive days for any reason, the SIM Card in Safe will help you keep your number.

The service has been closed for activation since June 20, 2022.

• Activation fee: 10 KGS. 

• Subscription fee: 0.99 KGS. 

The fee is withdrawn on a daily basis, regardless of whether the SIM card is in use or not.

Every time the SIM Card in Safe service fee is withdrawn, your Sim card’s active mode is extended automatically. If there is no sufficient balance, the SIM Card in Safe service will be suspended until the account balance is topped up by an amount sufficient to cover the fee.

The service is active for 365 days and then deactivated automatically.
