The first 20 GB of mobile internet are provided at the maximum possible speed for 1 week (7 days) following the fee withdrawal. After that, the internet speed may be reduced;
Upon the maximum speed internet package expiry, the 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB Turbo Button can be activated to use internet at the maximum speed until the next fee withdrawal. The Turbo Button can be activated via the Personal Account, web interface or by entering the following commands

The plan Switch to O! 160+ O!TV includes the O!TV Basic package with 40 TV channels. To watch your favorite TV channels, you only need to download the app from AppStore (for iPhone or iPad) or Google PlayMarket (for Android) or visit the website www.otv.kg. Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;
The plan Switch to O! 160 + O!TV is available to all pre-paid system subscribers;
The promo with doubled data traffic package and 10 minutes for calls to other mobile networks in KR provided as part of the combo option is active until May 31, 2025;
Fee for up to 3 sec of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic: 0 KGS;
All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from Kyrgyz fixed-line numbers to O! numbers starting with 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute;
Outgoing calls to Kyrgyzstan’s fixed-line operators are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute, except outgoing calls to fixed-line numbers +996-312-92-6х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the State Company “National Corporation Kyrgyz Temir Jolu” which are charged at 7.49 KGS per minute;

The threshold for deactivation of paid services is equal to the account balance required for payment for the minimum billing unit;
The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon activation of the plan Switch to O! 160 + O!TV;
The ZvonOK service is activated once only upon activation of a new SIM card, switching to the plan or drawing of a subscription fee for the plan Switch to O! 160 + O!TV. The service is provided free of charge for the first 14 days. From the 15th day on, the ZvonOK service is provided on standard terms (for fee);
The Switch to O! 160 + O!TV plan subscribers can choose or change their numbers as per terms and conditions of the service My New Number ;
If your balance is below 160 KGS when the fee is to be drawn, your current balance will be reserved to cover the fee and the missing amount will be displayed in your balance details with “-“ (negative balance), and all services of outgoing mobile calls, mobile TV and internet will be deactivated except calls to toll-free numbers and emergency services. To resume outgoing mobile calls, mobile TV and internet services, you will need to top up your balance to reach the amount required for the fee to be drawn;
If you have activated a caller ID restriction service AntiAON or AntiAON+ and your balance is below 160 KGS when the fee is to be drawn, the access to the mentioned services will be restricted while the fee will be drawn as per the service terms and conditions. Such services can be deactivated at any time as per the service provision rules;
Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of provision of long-distance communication services;
The Whole World service enabling low-cost long-distance calls is activated automatically upon the activation of a SIM card with the plan or switching to the plan Switch to O! 160 + O!TV;
The maximum-speed internet traffic can only be used on a smartphone with a SIM card with this plan. To use your smartphone as an Internet Access Point (modem mode) for other devices, activate the Share Internet service;
300 MB of maximum-speed internet are reserved automatically by the system to maintain appropriate internet provision for this plan. To check actual balance of the maximum-speed internet package, deactivate the packet data transmission first, then switch the device to the flight mode, exit the flight mode and then enter the command *728*9# without turning on the packet data transmission;
If there is an unspent internet package part by the 1 week (7 days) period expiry, such unspent volume will expire upon the next fee withdrawal;
When switching from the plan Switch to O! 160 + O!TV to any other plan available with the company, all toll-free call minutes and megabytes will expire and the money previously drawn as the fee for the plan Switch to O! 160+ O!TV will not be returned;
To ensure continuous access to internet, additional 1 GB package charged at 20 KGS will be provided upon the expiry of that provided under the plan:
The additional 1 GB package is effective until the first attempt to draw the plan fee. The unspent internet package part will expire upon the period end;
The additional 1 GB package is provided immediately after the main package provided under the plan is used. Upon the 1 GB package expiry another one will be given again subject to sufficient balance;
If the balance is below 20 KGS when the main package expires, the 1 GB additional package will not be provided;
Subscriber may ban provision of additional 1 GB internet packages by contacting any Sales and Service Office or calling to Help Desk Line number 707;
Ban on additional 1 GB packages can be cancelled in the My O! app or by entering the command: *745*1#;
The daily number of allowed additional packages (1 GB for 20 KGS) is limited to 5.
To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal internet traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;
The following services and internet packages cannot be activated under the plan Switch to O! 160 + O!TV: 5+5, Your Zero - Daily!, Your Unlimited, Your Zero! (7 days), Your Zero: the Gift!, Your Zero 3, 6, 12!, Night Unlimited+;
The billing interval time for outgoing calls within the O! network and to other Kyrgyzstan operators is 10 seconds.
*Numbers of other mobile operators of the Kyrgyz Republic include those of Alpha Telecom CJSC, Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline TM), KT Mobile (Salam TM). The price is effective for the first 5 minutes within 7 calendar days following the fee withdrawal. From the 6th minute on, calls to numbers of other Kyrgyzstan’s GSM mobile operators will be charged at 2.8 KGS per minute. Should the subscriber not spend the 5 minutes of toll-free calls to Kyrgyzstan’s mobile operators, the unspent minutes will be zeroed upon the next fee withdrawal.
**Upon the switching to the plan or activation of a SIM card with this plan, the Mobile Salary service is activated automatically with a 30-day free period. Upon the free period expiry (on the 31st day), the Mobile Salary service will be provided on its standard terms (for fee) until it is deactivated by the subscriber.
