• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• Cost of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic up 3 seconds long: 0 KGS;

• All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic to O! numbers with prefix 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per talk minute;

• The amount of telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit;

• О! Safe Kids is the service that will help you take care of and protect your child both in virtual and real worlds.

Install and set up the O! Safe Kids app on your device in the Parent mode and then on your children’s devices in the Child mode.

• know where your child is;

• be sure whether the child’s device is charged;

• manage the time your child spends with the phone or in internet;

• block specific apps or set their daily use limits;

• and even track your child’s activity with Facebook or VKontakte, as well as the child’s new friends.

Activate the service for 365 days: *234*2# (fee: 900 KGS).

• The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon the Switch to O! All unlimited 500 plan activation;

• The ZvonOK! Service is activated once automatically upon any new SIM card activation or switching to or withdrawal of fee of the Switch to O! All unlimited 500 plan. The service is provided free of charge within 14 days and then, starting the 15th day, as per standard terms (on a paid basis);

• The Switch to O! All unlimited 500 plan users may choose or replace their numbers as per the My First Number service terms;

• If your balance is below 500 KGS by the subscription fee withdrawal, the balance will be reserved as part of subscription fee and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance) and all incoming call and internet services will be disabled except calls to toll-free emergency numbers. To resume telecom and internet services, balance should be topped up to the amount sufficient for the subscription fee withdrawal;

• If the service No Caller ID or No Caller ID+ is active and your balance is below 500 KGS by the subscription fee withdrawal, access to such service will be restricted but the service fee will be withdrawn as per the active service terms. Such services can be deactivated at any time as per the service rules;

• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of international communication service provision;

• The Whole World service is activated automatically upon activation of SIM card with or switching to the Switch to O! All unlimited 500 plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;

• After every withdrawal of the plan fee, the user can share 10 GB of data traffic via Wi-Fi free of charge. To resume using your smartphone as an internet access point (modem mode) after the 10 GB volume expiry, use the Share Internet! service.

• When switching from the Switch to O! All unlimited 500 plan to any other plan available with the company, all unspent toll-free call minutes and data megabytes will expire and the money previously drawn as the fee for the Switch to O! ALL UNLIMITED! 500 plan will not be refunded

• The following services and internet packages cannot be activated under the Switch to O! ALL UNLIMITED 500 plan: 5+5, Your Zero Daily!, Your Unlimited, Your Zero! (7 days), Your Zero: the Gift!, Your Zero 3, 6, 12!, Night Unlimited+, SUPERHYPE, SUPERHYPE + YouTube, GAMER.

• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;

• The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

• For SIM cards with the plan pre-selected, the period of the Switch to O! ALL UNLIMITED 500 promo is extended until activation date.

• For SIM cards with this plan preselected but without any start balance sufficient for the plan subscription fee, telecom services will be provided on terms of the Onoi+ basic plan until the account balance is topped up sufficiently for fee withdrawal.

  *Numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic include those of Alpha Telecom CJSC (MEGA), Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline), and KT Mobile LLC (SALAM). The price is valid for the first 40 minutes within 28 calendar days following the subscription fee withdrawal. Starting from the 41st minute, calls to other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic will be charged at 2.8 KGS per minute. In case the user has not spent the 40 minutes for toll-free calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic, the unspent minutes will be zeroed upon the next subscription fee withdrawal.

  **The price is effective for the first 100 minutes within 28 calendar days following the fee withdrawal. From the 101st minute on, calls to numbers of other Kyrgyzstan’s GSM mobile providers will be charged at 2.8 KGS per minute. Should the subscriber not spend the 100 minutes of toll-free calls to Kyrgyzstan’s mobile operators, the unspent minutes will be zeroed upon the next fee withdrawal.

  ***Outgoing calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute except those made to landline numbers +996-312-92-6х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the Kyrgyz Temir Jolu National Corporation which are charged at 7.49 KGS per minute.

  **In case of switching to or activation of a SIM card with this plan, the Mobile Salary! service will be activated with a 30-day free trial period. As the free trial period expires, from the 31st day on, the Mobile Salary! service will be provided on standard terms (on a paid basis) until deactivated by the user.
