The basic group set of the Family Premium 3 plan may include up to 3 numbers

1. The Main Number (1). This is the SIM card from which the monthly subscription fee will be paid and additional numbers managed.

2. 1 to 2 additional numbers are to be given to family members.

Adding numbers to a Family Premium 3 plan group:

Up to 2 extra numbers can be added to the group depending on the number of family members: the group set may include up to 5 numbers including the main SIM card. The first 2 new numbers can be added free of charge upon the Family Premium 3 plan activation. 500 KGS will be charged for every further number added. 500 KGS will also be charged separately for adding each new number to the basic plan set. Should the Main Number add the 3rd extra number to the group, the next subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 2,490 KGS for 30 days. Should the Main Number add the 4th extra number to the group, the next subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 2,990 KGS for 30 days.

 

The wireline Ethernet internet connection will be performed within 3 working days following activation of the Family Premium 3 plan, successful plan fee withdrawal and completion of Ethernet connection application.

 

  • Calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic: calls are toll-free for the first 100 minutes, and then charged at 2.8 KGS per minute.

  • Sending SMS in Kyrgyzstan: 1.5 KGS per message.

  • Calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic: 4.99 KGS per minute.

  • Calls to landline numbers +996-312-92-6х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the Kyrgyz Temir Jolu National Corporation: 7.49 KGS per minute.

 

Prerequisite:

This plan is subject to monthly plan fee payment during 1 year.

1 year consists of 12 paid periods. Penalty in amount of 2,500 KGS will be charged in case of early termination hereof or failure to pay the subscription fee for over 60 days.

  • Note! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

  • Cost of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic up 3 seconds long: 0 KGS;

  • All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic to O! numbers with prefix 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per talk minute;

  • Outgoing calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute;

  • The amount of telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit;

  • The billing increment for outgoing calls both inside the O! network and to numbers of other telecom providers in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

  • The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon the Family Premium 3 plan activation as per the service terms described on the website;

  • If you currently use a regular service with daily withdrawn subscription fee and your account balance is below the plan fee amount by the time of the Family Premium 3 plan’s monthly fee payment, access to such regular service will be limited, however, the regular service’s fee will be withdrawn continuously as per the service terms. Such service can be deactivated at any time as per the service provision rules;

  • This plan includes 10 GB of data for free Wi-Fi sharing upon every subscription fee withdrawal. Use the Share Internet! service to continue using your smartphone as an internet access point for other devices (in modem mode) after the above data volume expires.

  • Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of international communication service provision;

  • The Whole World service is activated automatically upon activation of the Family Premium 3 plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;

  • The roaming service is provided under the Family Premium 3 plan on the general terms described on the website;

  • If Main SIM card’s balance is insufficient by the subscription fee withdrawal, the balance will be reserved as part of subscription fee and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance), and all incoming calls and internet services (including wireline service) will be disabled except calls to toll-free emergency numbers. To resume telecom and internet services, balance should be topped up to the amount sufficient for the monthly subscription fee withdrawal;

  • To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment.

  • Availability of services to holders of the Family Premium 3 plans’ Main and Additional Number holders: 

Available: 10 Minutes for Offnet Calls, 20 Minutes for Offnet Calls, Mobile Salary, ZvonOK

Not available: 5+5, Your Zero Daily, Your Unlimited, Your Zero 3, 6, 12!, Tunku Unlimited, SUPERHYPE+YouTube, Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.

  • Should the mobile data package not expire on all SIM cards within 30 days, unspent data will expire upon the next subscription fee withdrawal.

  • The billing increment for outgoing calls inside the O! network, outgoing international calls and calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

  • The monthly subscription fee and that charged for replacing/adding an Additional Number include all taxes. Other service fees include VAT and do not include the sales tax;

  • As you activate Family Premium 3 plan, you may obtain equipment such as 1 GB Wi-Fi router and TV box from specialists of SAIMA TELECOM CJSC for consignment storage or with purchase option. Visit www.saimatelecom.kg for information on device models and equipment details.

  • Should you have an outstanding amount due for any equipment provided by SAIMA TELECOM CJSC, access to wireline service may be restricted until the equipment price is paid.

  • Should the Main Number account not be topped up by an amount sufficient for reaching the minimum required balance on the personal account, following service suspension as per payments terms, and/or in case of lack of outgoing paid network activities (such as outgoing connections and/or outgoing SMS and/or internet connection sessions and other paid services except the number saving fee) from the Main Number’s SIM card for one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days or outstanding debts exceeding ninety (90) calendar days, the plan group consisting of the Main Number, Additional Numbers, wireline internet service account may be deactivated by activating a Switch to O! line plan actual as of the switching date on the Main Number and Additional Numbers SIM cards and designating a current Saima Telecom plan, and the numbers may be seized based on the Main Number holder’s unilateral refusal to perform the Contract, in a non-judicial manner.

  • The Main Number may switch from the Family Premium 3 plan early (before all 12 required fees are paid following activation) provided that the Main Number holder contacts any O! office or O!Store;

  • In case of switching from the Family Premium 3 plan to any other one available with the company by the Main Number holder, all the unspent minutes and data MBs will expire, and the money previously withdrawn as the Family Premium 3 plan fee will not be refunded;

  • Should the Main Number holder switch to another plan, all Additional Numbers will be connected to the Switch to O! line weekly plan current as of the switching date, and the wireline internet service will be provided un the Saima Telecom’s current plan;

  • Should the Main Number holder remove any Additional Number from the group, such removed number will be automatically connected to the Switch to O! line weekly plan current as of the switching date;

  • Should any Additional Number switch from the Family Premium 3 plan to any other one, all terms of the Family Premium 3 plan will be deactivated on such Additional Number and those of the newly activated plan will be enabled based on the current balance.
