The O!Mamlekettik plan includes:
40 GB data at maximum speed;
Free Wi-Fi sharing;
20 minutes for calls to other mobile networks in KR;
Toll-free calls and SMS inside the O! network.
In the course of the plan activation, the public worker’s* status will be checked. To activate the special plan O!Mamlekettik, the user should confirm his/her status of public worker in the My O! app. To do so, download or upgrade the app, open the “Plans” section and select the “Special plans” category. Choose the O!amlekettik tab and fill out the special form by providing the following details:
Your state institution information;
Region;
District;
City/town/village;
Institution’s name or number;
Last name;
First name;
Middle name (if specified in passport);
Tax ID (14-digit personal number);
Passport number;
Passport front and back photos;
Employment certificate photo.
Once the check is completed in the list of public workers, the plan will be activated automatically within a day on the number used for registering with the My O! app.
Note! Each public worker can only activate this plan for one phone number. Additional check of the public worker status may be performed. If your public worker status is not verified, the current plan will be automatically switched to the Switch to O! 160 + O!TV plan upon the O!Mamlekettik plan expiry.

The first 40 GB of mobile data are provided at the maximum speed for 28 days/4 weeks following the plan fee withdrawal. After that, the data speed may be reduced;
Once the maximum-speed data package has expired, the Turbo Button with 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB option can be activated to use maximum-speed mobile data until the next fee withdrawal. Turbo Button can be activated in the user’s Personal Account, via web interface or using the following commands:
- Turbo Button 1 GB: *735*1# (30 KGS);
- Turbo Button 2 GB: *735*2# (50 KGS);
- Turbo Button 5 GB: *735*5# (100 KGS);
- Turbo Button 10 GB: *735*10# (150 KGS).

Note! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;
The O!Mamlekettik plan is available to public workers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Only one SIM card with the O!Mamlekettik plan can be linked to a single tax ID.
All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from Kyrgyz landline numbers to the ones with prefix 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per talk minute;
Outgoing calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 5.99 KGS per minute except those made to landline numbers +996-312-92-6х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the Kyrgyz Temir Jolu National Corporation which are charged at 7.49 KGS per minute.
The amount of telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit;
The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon the O!Mamlekettik plan activation;
The O!Mamlekettik plan users may choose or replace their numbers as per the My New Number service terms;
If the service No Caller ID or No Caller ID+ is active and your balance is insufficient by the monthly subscription fee withdrawal, access to such service will be restricted but the service fee will be withdrawn as per the active service terms. Such services can be deactivated at any time as per the service rules;
Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of international communication service provision. The Whole World! service is activated automatically upon activation of the O!Mamlekettik plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;
You can use free of charge the service Share Internet! to use your smartphone as an internet access point for other devices (modem mode);
To ensure correct provision of internet services within this plan, the system reserves up to 300 MB of maximum-speed data traffic. To check the current balance of the maximum-speed data traffic, first disable the packet data transmission, then switch your device to the flight mode and then exit the flight mode; after that, dial the check command *728*9# without enabling the packet data transmission.
If the internet package has not been spent within 28 days, the remaining MBs of data will not be forwarded to the next period;
In case of switching from the O!Mamlekettik plan to any other plan offered by the company, the unspent data traffic will expire;
To ensure continuous internet access, additional 1 GB package will be provided for 25 KGS upon the plan’s main data internet package expiry:
∙ The additional 1 GB internet package is active until the first attempt to withdraw the plan fee. The unspent additional traffic will expire when the active period ends;
∙ The additional 1 GB internet package is provided immediately upon the plan’s main data package expiry. Once the additional 1 GB data package has expired, other additional data packages will be provided continuously subject to sufficient balance;
∙ Should the balance be below 25 KGS by the additional data package expiry, another additional 1 GB data package will not be provided;
∙ To restrict provision of additional 1 GB internet packages, visit any O!Store or dial *707 to contact the help desk service;
∙ The ban on additional 1 GB data packages can be lifted by dialing *745*1# or in the My O! app;
∙ Up to 5 additional data packages (1 GB for 25 KGS) can be activated within one day.
To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment.
The following services cannot be activated when the O!Mamlekettik plan is used: 5+5, Your Zero Daily!, Your Unlimited, Your Zero! (7 Days), Your Zero – the Gift!, Your Zero 3, 6 ,12!, Super Hype+YouTube, and Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram;
The Turbo Button subscription fee and service fees include all taxes; other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax;
The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to numbers of other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.
* Numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic include those of Alpha Telecom CJSC (MEGA TM), Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline TM), and KT Mobile LLC (SALAM TM). This price is valid for the first 20 minutes during the 28 calendar days following the monthly fee withdrawal or plan’s package renewal. From the 21st minute on, calls to numbers of other mobile telecom providers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 2.8 soms per minute.
