• The Save the Number plan allows saving the current number without using it.

• Plan activation fee for 90 days is 150 KGS (inclusive of all taxes).

• The plan period is extended automatically by 90 days subject to sufficient balance for subscription fee withdrawal.

• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• If your balance is below 150 KGS by the subscription fee withdrawal the plan will be suspended. The available balance will be reserved as a part of the future subscription fee withdrawal and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance). To keep the number saved the balance should be topped up by an amount sufficient for subscription fee withdrawal.

• Paid and free services and promos are unavailable for the Save the Number plan except roaming services.

• When the Save the Number plan is activated the Roaming service is enabled automatically, all previously enabled services are disabled and the internet/minute balance expires.

• To resume telecom and internet services the user should switch to any currently available plan. Plan can be chosen here.

*Only calls to short codes and national emergency services are available in the Kyrgyz Republic. When in roaming, outside the Kyrgyz Republic, incoming and outgoing calls and SMS and internet services are available.
