The following billing applies in case of the plan’s package expiry or insufficient balance by the time of automatic subscription fee withdrawal:

 
The Paidaluu plan subscribers may activate Turbo Buttons to use internet at maximum speed. Turbo Button can be activated in the user’s Personal Account, via web interface or using the following commands:

Turbo Button 100 MB *735*100# (activation fee: 10 KGS). Active until 23:59:59 of the current day.

Turbo Button 1 GB: *735*1# (activation fee: 40 KGS). Active until the next withdrawal of the plan fee.

Dial *728*9# to check the balance of maximum-speed internet traffic provided by the service Turbo Button 100 MB or Turbo Button 1 GB.

The Paidaluu plan period is extended every 30 days following the plan activation.

• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• The plan Paidaluu is available to all pre-paid system subscribers;

• Toll-free call billing limit: up to 3 seconds.

• The starting balance of the SIM card with the Paidaluu plan is 10 KGS;

• Incoming calls to numbers with prefixes 700, 701, 702, 703, 704, 706, 707, 708, 709, 500, 501, 502, 504, 505, 507, 508 and 509 are toll-free. Calls to numbers with prefix 705 are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic. Calls to direct numbers (with prefix 705) from landline numbers are charged at 6.99 KGS per minute;

• The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon activation of the plan Paidaluu;

• The ZvonOK service is activated once only upon activation of a new SIM card, switching to the plan or drawing of a subscription fee for the plan Paidaluu. The service is provided free of charge for the first 14 days. From the 15th day on, the ZvonOK service is provided on standard terms (for fee);

• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of provision of long-distance communication services;

• When switching from the plan Paidaluu to any other plan available with the company, all toll-free call minutes and megabytes will expire and the money previously drawn as the fee for the plan Paidaluu will not be returned;

• The Night Unlimited+ service is available as part of the Paidaluu plan

• The following services and internet packages cannot be activated under the plan Paidaluu: 5+5, Your Zero - Daily!, Your Unlimited, Your Zero! (7 days), Your Zero: the Gift!, Your Zero 3, 6, 12!,;

• The Turbo Button subscription fee and service fees include all taxes; other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax;

• The billing interval time for outgoing calls within the O! network and to other Kyrgyzstan operators is 1 second;

• The billing interval time for outgoing international calls is 10 seconds.
