• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• To ensure correct provision of internet services within this plan, the system reserves up to 30 MB of internet traffic. To check account’s current balance, first disable the packet data transmission, then switch your device to the flight mode and then exit the flight mode; after that, dial the check command *100# without enabling the packet data transmission.

• The plan switching fee is 150 soms. Sale and service offices charge 200 soms for activating the plan including 150 soms as the plan switching fee and 50 soms to be credited to the account. These amounts include all taxes.

• Toll-free call billing limit: up to 3 seconds.

• A fee free plan.

• Incoming calls to numbers with prefixes 700, 701, 702, 703, 704, 706, 707, 708, 709, 500, 501, 502, 504, 505, 507, 508 and 509 are toll-free.

• Calls to numbers with prefix 705 are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Calls to direct numbers (with prefix 705) from landline numbers are charged at 3.5 KGS per minute.

• The amount of paid telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit.

• When the plan is activated, the Voice Mail service is enabled automatically.

• The 5+5 service is activated automatically on the Onoi+ plan giving users 5 minutes of toll-free calls and 5 free SMS inside the O! network every day;

• The 5+5 service daily subscription fee is 5 KGS including all taxes. The subscription fee for the current day is withdrawn upon an on-network event such as an outgoing call made or SMS sent inside the O! network. If no on-network event occurs during a day, subscription fee is not withdrawn for such day.

• Toll-free calls and SMS inside O! are only available with the 5+5 service subject to current balance equal to or more than ten (10) KGS. If the balance is below 10 KGS only services billed as per the current plan terms are available to the user.

• Dial *505# to activate the 5+5 service and *505*0# to deactivate the service.

*Numbers of other mobile operators in KR include those of Alpha Telecom CJSC (MegaCom), Sky Mobile LLC (Beeline), and KT Mobile LLC (SALAM).
