• The “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan is available to all subscribers using the prepaid payment system throughout the Kyrgyz Republic.

• All outgoing calls within the Kyrgyz Republic lasting up to 3 seconds cost 0 soms.

• All incoming calls are free of charge, except incoming calls from fixed-line operators in the Kyrgyz Republic to numbers with the 705 prefix, which are charged at 4.99 soms per minute.

• The threshold for disconnecting chargeable communication services is equal to the amount required to pay for the minimum billing unit.

• O! Safe Kids is a service that helps you protect and look after your child both online and in the real world.
  Install and set up the O! Safe Kids app on your device in “Parent” mode and then on your children’s devices in “Child” mode.
  You will always be able to see and control:
  • Your child’s location;
  • Whether their device is charged;
  • Unwanted websites and inappropriate content by blocking them;
  • The amount of time your child spends on their phone and online;
  • Individual apps and their daily usage limits;
  • Your child’s activity on Facebook and VKontakte, as well as their new friends.
  To start using O! Safe Kids, download the app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit portal.safekids.kg.
  To activate the service for 30 days: *234*1# (service fee: 100 soms).
  To activate the service for 365 days: *234*2# (service fee: 900 soms).

• When the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan is activated, the “Voicemail” service is automatically activated.

• When a new SIM card is activated, when switching to the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan, or when the subscription fee is charged, the “ZvonOK!” service is automatically activated once. The service is free of charge for 14 days. Starting from the 15th day, the “ZvonOK!” service is provided under standard paid terms.

• Subscribers of the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan can select and change their phone number under the terms of the “My New Number” service.

• If your balance is less than 245 soms when the subscription fee is charged, the entire available balance will be reserved toward the subscription fee. The remaining amount will be shown as a negative balance. All outgoing mobile communication, mobile TV and internet access services will be suspended, except calls to free emergency service numbers. To continue using mobile communication, mobile TV and internet access services, you need to top up your balance with an amount sufficient to cover the subscription fee.

• If you have the “Anti-Caller ID” or “Anti-Caller ID+” service activated and your balance is less than 245 soms when the next subscription fee is charged, access to the above services will be restricted. However, the service subscription fee will continue to be charged in accordance with the terms of the activated service. These services can be deactivated at any time in accordance with the terms of the respective service.

• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available under the terms of international communication services.

• When a SIM card with this tariff plan is activated, or when switching to the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan, the “Whole World!” service is automatically activated, allowing you to make international calls at reduced rates.

• The high-speed internet traffic included in the tariff can only be used on a smartphone with the SIM card of this tariff plan. To use your smartphone as an internet hotspot for other devices (tethering), use the “Share Internet!” service.

• If you switch from the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan to any other tariff plan available for switching, all unused free minutes and megabytes of internet will expire. The subscription fee previously charged for the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan is non-refundable.

• The following services and internet packages cannot be activated while using the “Switch to O! UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! PRO” tariff plan: “5+5,” “Your Daily Zero!,” “Your Unlimited,” “Your Zero!” (7 days), “Your Zero as a Gift!,” “Your Zero 3, 6, 12!,” “Night Unlimited+,” “SUPERHYPE,” “SUPERHYPE + YouTube,” and “GAMER.”

• To ensure comfortable internet access for all customers, the company reserves the right to use a special traffic prioritization system. The system may automatically adjust traffic priority based on the subscriber’s priority level, network load, and the priority of specific types of traffic. As network load and the consumption of certain types of traffic increase, internet speeds may be reduced during periods of peak network-wide traffic, as well as during periods of peak load on the base station serving the subscriber. This may include the application of a Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

• The billing interval for outgoing calls within the O! network and outgoing calls to numbers of other telecom operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

• Under the “O!Kino” service, content is provided to users by the MEGOGO online cinema through the technical resources of LLC “NUR Telecom” and LLC “DiasTV.” Under the O!TV service, TV channels are distributed by LLC “Dias TV.”

• The weekly subscription fee includes all applicable taxes. The cost of other services includes VAT but excludes sales tax.

• The stated rate applies to the first 60 minutes during the 7 calendar days following the subscription fee charge. Starting from the 61st minute, calls to numbers of other mobile GSM operators in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 2.8 soms per minute. If the subscriber does not use all 60 free minutes for calls to mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic, the remaining unused minutes will expire when the next subscription fee is charged.

** Except outgoing calls to fixed-line numbers +996-312-92-6x-xx and +996-312-92-7x-xx of the State Enterprise “National Company Kyrgyz Temir Zholu,” which are charged at 7.49 soms per minute.

*** When switching to this tariff plan or activating a SIM card with this tariff plan, the “Mobile Salary!” service is automatically activated with a 30-day free period. Once the free period expires (on the 31st day), the “Mobile Salary!” service is provided under standard paid terms until it is deactivated by the subscriber.
