1. Download the My O! app;

2. Click «Become an O! customer” and then the «Start» button;

3. Select a plan and rate and follow the guide for identity verification in the app using your passport;

4. Pay for the selected options using any method convenient for you;

5. Follow the guide to activate eSIM using automatic settings.

Or you can get a unique QR code to activate eSIM. The code will be sent to your e-mail.

1. Enter «Settings» on your device;

2 Choose «Cell communication» or «Mobile data»;

3. Click «Add a cell plan»;

4. Scan QR code with your device.

The feature activating eSIM via the My O! app is available not only to nationals of the Kyrgyz Republic but also to foreign nationals who can activate eSIM even before arriving to Kyrgyzstan.

Activation of telecom services after the eSIM activation is only possible inside Kyrgyzstan.

All mobile phones are subject to registration with the State Identification System via the www.imei.kg website in the Kyrgyz Republic. Non-registered phones cannot work in any mobile telecom provider’s network in Kyrgyzstan. It should be noted that the O! mobile operator does not block telecom services. All your SIM cards and numbers remain active and can be used in any registered device.

If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, subject to your plan’s terms, you will be given guaranteed number reservation for 20 KGS per day inclusive of all taxes so that you can keep your number during the reservation period. Should your balance be insufficient, your number and SIM card will be deactivated.
